Our regular office hours are Monday through Friday, from 7:30 am to 6:00 pm.

We are located in the West building of a 3 building complex known as One Twelfth @ Twelfth, located at the intersection of 112th Ave NE and NE 12th, directly across I-405 from Overlake Hospital. The building complex has an underground parking structure that can be accessed from either northbound 112th Ave NE or eastbound NE 12th St (Bel-Red Road).
